I have always been you regular customer, coming to your bar regularly since the opening last year. During my visit last Saturday, I have seen your advertisement for a Bar Manager on the notice board at the back of the bar. I am very interested to apply for this role at your prestigious bar.

Although I have not been a Manager I have a vast experience in bar managing, since I have been working in several job positions in the tourism and catering industry. Currently I am working as a Supervisor at the Crabs restaurant, where my responsibilities include organizing gatherings, food management and customer relationship management. I am convinced that I am prepared to take a next step in my career and be you new Manager.

In addition to my main responsibilities as a Supervisor, I am in charged for managing the restaurant in the Managers absence, dealing with the vine chart and beverages stocks, organizing special gatherings such as Gatwick pensioner’s annual dinner and ordering a special deliveries on the customer’s demand.

Being an energetic person with high interpersonal qualities who loves working with people and satisfying the clients, I am sure that I will fit well in your small and perfectly matched team. I say that because I know several of your employees and have an excellent relationship with them as a customer. I am also pleased to say that I feel very comfortable at the bar being a regular customer and I believe that my adjustment process as a Manager will last pretty short.

I am well organized, ready to work overtime until the last customer leaves the bar. Also, I feel comfortable working in shifts and during holidays. I posses several certificates in the field of administration and I have been on various trainings related to hospitality management.
